Getting our Christmas Tree.....(out of order!!)

After school on Monday we headed to Soffel's in Yucaipa to pick out our Christmas tree...always a fun trip looking for that perfect tree that won't die before Christmas!!

Brody LOVES helping pick out our tree!!

How it all started...

Brad and I met on April 26, 1996 on a blind date set up by our friend Raelyn Maxwell. She convinced me that I needed to go out with this single fireman...and after a few months of her chatting him up, I agreed. We decided to meet and go to a Dodger game. It was amazing. We followed up the game by heading to Universal Citywalk...life hasn't been the same since that day!! Brad proposed on Christmas Eve 2000 and we were married on November 3, 2001. We got married at Toluca Lake United Methodist Church, just up the street from my house in Toluca Lake...then the party (reception) happened where it all started, Dodger Stadium!! What fun. Our honeymoon was Hawaiian style and we found a new love of life on the island of Oahu and Maui!!
